Sleepless in Seattle

In 2009 in Cambridge MA I attended a screening of Humpday, hosted by its director Lynn Shelton. She explained that one of her goals was to make a movie in Seattle that contained no evidence of the Space Needle. Enamoured by the city’s nocturnal imagery and neon signage more so than its aging icon, here’s my take on the same assignment...minus the satire of “gay chicken.”
